This year’s finalists of Finland’s biggest growth sparring competition for companies, Kasvu Open, have been announced. Among them are several cleantech companies and members of Cleantech Finland, representing their know-how in both start-up and start again categories. This year’s winners will be announced in Kasvu Open Carnival in Paviljonki, Jyväskylä on 26.-27.10.

Cleantech Finland members have been successful in the Kasvu Open competition in the past as well: there were a handful of finalists in 2014 and 2015 along with the winner of start-up category last year, Fourdeg. Cleantech as an industry has been strongly represented in the competition every year, which showcases the interest toward and the need for cleantech solutions and innovations on both Finnish and global scale.

Kasvu Open is Finland’s biggest growth sparring competition for companies with 349 growth companies and 110 event days, challenging small and medium-sized companies to renew and grow their business internationally. Application for next year’s competition will open on 27th of October.
