Open call for Finnish companies in the annual Later Stage Awards
Open call for the annual Later Stage Awards has started. We are now looking for the Finnish nominees for the 2016 Later Stage Awards. Later Stage Awards provide global investment exposure for cleantech companies. You can nominate your company or a another innovative Finnish cleantech company, apply now!
"Finland has beveloped a world-class cleantech sector, with great opportunities for internationalisation! Later Stage Awards offers international visibility, especially towards investor," says Cleantech Finland Program Director Jussi Vanhanen.
Later Stage Awards is hosted by the Global CleantechCluster Association (GCCA), which represents the world’s leading cleantech clusters. In the awards mid and laterstage cleantech companies compete in ten award categories and the competition has been a successful opportunity for many of the participating companies including investment and partnership exposure.
The annual GCCA Later Stage Awards are realized in 3 phases. In phase 1 each GCCA partner nominates 10 companies for the Later Stage Award. The Finnish nominees will be selected in June. Each nominated company will be evaluated by the KeyStone Compact Assesment, realized by the certified KeyStone Compact analyst team. The Top 30 Finalists are then evaluated by the GCCA Investor Jury and the Top 10 and Grand Prize Winner 2016 are announced at the 6th GCCA Award Events in Little Rock, Arkansas/US on 11-14 December, 2016.
