Team Finland Business Delegation to Iran
Kimmo Tiilikainen, Minister of Agriculture and the Environment of Finland will visit Tehran, Iran with a Team Finland Business Delegation on February 29 – March 3, 2016. Finpro invites high-level representatives of Finnish companies to join a Business Delegation in connection with this visit.
The invitation is extended to Finnish companies working on the following Cleantech sectors:
· Renewable energy: Waste-to-energy, solar and wind technologies, biofuels
· Environmental monitoring (air and water)
· Air quality improvement
· Water treatment
· Energy efficiency in built environment.
The visit program is built around two important exhibitions organized in the Tehran International Permanent Fairground:
The 15th Iran International Environment Exhibition (http://iranenvirofair.com/English/) and
The 8th Iran Renewable Energy, Lighting & Energy Saving Exhibition (http://energysaving.ir/English/default.aspx).
These exhibitions are the most important environmental and energy technology events in Iran where Finnish companies planning to do business in the country are encouraged to participate.
The participating companies will be exhibiting, promoting their products/services, meeting customers and networking at the national Team Finland Pavilion. A joint, 50 m2 exhibition booth is designed and will feature Finnish cleantech image. The pavilion can host at the maximum 15 companies. The additional program will be developed together with the participants and will include e.g. networking cocktail reception.
